Caledonia Waterfalls Nature Trail

Begin your day with a guided hike along the renowned Caledonia Nature Trail, one of the most beautiful and refreshing walking routes in the Troodos National Forest Park. The trail follows the banks of the Krios Potamos (Cold River), one of the few rivers in Cyprus that flows throughout the year.

The highlight of the walk is the enchanting Caledonia Waterfall, where cool mountain waters cascade into a natural pool surrounded by rich vegetation. The trail continues through the forest before ending at Psilo Dentro in the picturesque village of Pano Platres. Before or after the hike, guests may also visit the Environmental Information Centre at Troodos Square to gain further insight into the unique biodiversity and geology of the Troodos National Forest Park.
